Yeah, you need to enable pre-release plugins in BTCPay Server settings. Once that's done, it should show up in the plugin list. Be careful though - it's supposed to be stable, but it's still a work in progress! :)

In BTCPayServer merchant can choose which "payment method" he wants to be displayed, and of course he can add multiple of them. This is just plugin for this server adding Cashu as one of them.
