Next month, I will release the public beta of the Nostr client I've been working on for over a year.
I've been the only one building it. The UI/UX design is also done by me. I changed the architecture many times, redesigned the app many times, and learned a lot in the process. I want to bring in new developers during the beta phase.
The goal was to deliver a very fast experience without caching servers -- one that supports as many NIPs as possible while keeping the design clean and simple.
Right now, I believe it's a fully functional and fast Nostr client that works 'almost' great, supporting a built-in wallet with one-tap activation and NWC, NIP-17 DMs, encrypted lists, follow packs, etc.

Let’s say you send a NIP-17 DM to me on Amethyst and I always use a client that does not support that. I won’t see your msg. I know it’s not Amethyst’s problem but that’s a bad UX, especially for newbies.

I know that calling a shitcoiner a shitcoiner isn't very convincing. But the goal is not to convince anyone anyway. All those other coins are mathematically shitty. So if someone dissatisfied with the current monetary system chooses a meme coin over bitcoin as a solution for storing value, they're not really looking for a solution. Because tech is still limited on Nostr side. Relays only store events. They do not process events according to a specific algorithm.
