When you look at the difference between the 40 bits generated by coldcard and 128 bits from a 12 word seed, you might think it’s only 2-3 times more
but the exponential increase in compute to guess the key is mind boggling

Yeah the backend can get tricky when you have to gather the current state of the products (if they are sold out or how many available) and then need to mange payment and shipping details

You’re right, you don’t see or hear too much about atomic swaps, it’s has its plus points and definitely is an issue when the fees are high

The side bar is usually a temporary state, but when you change the cards to just one option, this not something the user requested (nor was expecting it to change) for the items to change from multiple listings to just one
There’s few ways you can approach this, the sidebar either slides on top of the content and sidebar returns to it original state after you’re done with the sidebar
or it stays put and pushes the content to the right where the news and stacker news section kinda gets hidden and your main content, which is items for sale remains visible and have cards that shows everything the user wants to see.

Based on their documentation wavelength is running Ark under the hood

Yes it should succeed if you put in the effort to properly onboard the people
Key pairs might be ancient for you, but I only came across them via bitcoin, I can bet you that maybe apart from one or two people in my circle nobody has any clue what key pairs are

I personally think that we (clients ?) haven’t done a good job with explaining what the key pairs are and how powerful they are
In design there are couple of ways to tackle an issue, obfuscate the whole point to make it feel seamless for the user (at the cost of user not knowing how important key pairs are)
or just explain it in a clear and simple way that they totally understand what key pairs stand for and are comfortable handling them

Flickr used to be neat with communities and nice content with exif data about cameras and settings
Hopefully millennials will pick the film cameras for the looks and design and then fall in love with the analog flow

The wait for the dim to develop was totally worth it
And then me experimenting with an old full frame camera to adapt it to take 35mm, golden
The results from the experiment were great, I had to manually work out the shutter speed and the focus based on the distance from the subject

Created the sign in card
made a couple of adjustments with alignment and also the button shape (to keep it consistent)
and then added the pop up that confirms the account creation and gives the user the option for saving the keys

I read somewhere it’s more about the height than the weight, so you can have your tank at 25feet and that should give you about 10psi
So it’s about the elevation, but then how do you get the water to that elevation, either your garden is downhill and you collect rain water from your roof and then irritate or you you pump the water to an elevated tank to store the energy and then irrigate
