turns out London has much higher population than i thought - about 15 million including surrounding areas - that's only slightly less than NYC and more than that of LA or Chicago
also turns out that London weather is extremely mild - averaging only 2 to 6 days a year with snow on the ground compared to average of 40 days with snow on the ground for Chicago for example
from that perspective it is a pretty solid place to live but of course in UK you can be arrested for being critical of Jews or Immigration and also London's biggest motorway is 150 feet wide and 15 miles away from downtown whereas Orlando's biggest motorway is 250 feet wide and goes RIGHT THROUGH downtown so needless to say Orlando is much more car centric
but not gonna lie i am jealous of London's huge population and their weather - you can be outside all year in London whereas in Orlando in summer you can only be outside in the morning or after sunset unless you keep pouring water over your head
but for me as a swimmer there is a benefit to Orlando being able to offer swimming in outdoor pools all year which is obviously something you can't do in London
it is very comfortable to be in an outdoor pool when it's 90F outside
average annual temperature in Orlando is 73F ( averaging summer daily highs and winter night time lows ). in London it is 52F
honestly 52F is very comfortable with a light jacket on but you certainly wouldn't go to the beach or an outdoor pool in such weather.
Honestly i would rather have London's weather because i own some high end technical ski clothing like ArcTeryx, Patagonia, Marmot etc. that kept me toasty warm in NYC/NJ at temps that would have been record cold in London.
but my mother spends EVERY SINGLE DAY in outdoor pools when they are open / available so FOR HER the weather in Orlando is better because these pools are open here ALL YEAR.
personally i can train in an indoor pool because for me it's about exercise but for my mother it's more about enjoyment.
that said i DO definitely ENJOY the outdoor pool more than indoor pool even if the workout might be similar.
similar but not the same. you DO get a better workout in an outdoor pool because of the fresh air that doesn't smell like Chlorine and doesn't force you to rush through the workout before Chlorine melts your skin off.
in an outdoor pool there is less Chlorine because the sun aids in killing germs. at least in MY outdoor pool which is protected from things like falling leaves. if your outdoor pool has leaves falling into it - maybe it needs more chlorine.

the way to learn characters IMO is to use the WUBI keyboard input method which relies on character shapes instead of phonetic transliteration and thus forces you to remember what characters look like

come every 3 months for 2 years and on every trip stay for two weeks and tour the the whole peninsula
rent a BMW or Mercedes from SIXT and drive around - it's cheap if you return to the same location
i think if you wait until retirement you will discover Florida real estate as affordable as that in Monaco
also there is an adjustment to the lifestyle and culture etc. i wouldn't want to make such adjustments in old age.

those quest protein cookies are no joke
clogged the toilet this morning and that was just the warm up
my diet right now almost entirely consists of quest protein cookies and some form of whey protein shakes and my toilet is holding on for its dear life
whatever they put in those cookies behaves similar to fiber as far as toilet clogging prowess
i also feel like my muscle mass is coming back as well now that i am eating 24/7 - with nonstop snacking in my sleep as well as during the workout - all thanks to the wonderful quest protein cookies ( and some whey protein )
technically you could have the same benefit with meal prep - whatever allows you to eat nonstop - and during the day it is almost certainly the way to go
some gyms are also set up so that you can eat prepped meals there - for example LifeTime Athletic has a cafeteria that sells very nice ( and reasonably priced ) prepped meals. other gyms might allow you to bring your own meal and eat it. unfortunately my facility doesn't have a dining area so i am stuck with protein cookies there ( which is probably also against the rules but whatever ).
when you wake up to piss at night having a prepped meal might work but i haven't tried it. having quest protein cookies + premier protein RTDs certainly works, however.
once you try eating in your sleep it makes so much sense. i now eat on average of once or twice per night plus another time right when i wake up - like IMMEDIATELY upon waking up - not an hour later.
this also allowed me to skip my usual meal that i used to have before bed and simply sit on the computer until i fall asleep without any danger of catabolism because as soon as i wake up to take a piss i load 45 grams of protein ( 15 from cookie, 30 from RTD ).
try it niggers. try having cookie + RTD in your sleep ( when waking up to piss ) and in the gym. and use meal prep during the day.
i bet you will see massive shits and also pick up some muscle mass as well.
