I've been trying to get A&A to take over the copper pair and move my number to VoIP since the beginning of December...

...it's not been going well.
I've emailed technical sales support to at least stop our broadband being cut off 🤞

Good grief, I think I'm going to need a new ISP.
My current ISP are threatening to disconnect the Internet **again**, despite claiming they can port my existing phone number to their VoIP service without any break in service. 🤦‍♂️
Any recommendations?
