Hmm, wenn die einen well-known prefix mit NAT64 haben, dann kann ich DNS64 bei mir nutzen, um all deren IPv4 IPv6-fähig zu machen? Oder muss doch jede IPv4 vom Support händisch freigeschaltet werden? Ich sehe schon, ich muss testen. Hat jemand Beispiel-Hosts mit und ohne IPv6 bei Stackit für mich?

@npub1l8t…mz8s Ich habe eine FritzBox 6490, an der ich seit Monaten ein altes Handy mit USB Tethering als Ausfallschutz eingerichtet habe. Bisher war das wegen dem alten Handy #IPv4 only. Nun habe ich ein neueres Handy (Android 13) verwendet. Das bekommt selbst #IPv6 und USB Tethering mit IPv6 funktioniert an einem Computer. Das USB Tethering mit der FritzBox ist aber weiterhin ohne IPv6. Liegt das daran, dass kein Prefix Delegation vom Handy angeboten wird? Oder dass der Mobilfunkanbieter nur ein /64 ausgibt, und das Handy das nicht weiterreichen kann?
Noch bunter wird, dass laut der Anleitung zu der FritzBox 6490 kein IPv6, auch über Mobilfunk-Sticks, unterstützt wird: https://fritz.com/apps/knowledge-base/FRITZ-Box-6490-Cable/76_FRITZ-Box-am-Mobilfunkanschluss-einrichten

Dabei haben beide fast die gleiche Betriebssystemversion (8.21 vs. 8.25).
Hast du Erkenntnisse, wann FritzBoxen (ohne eingebautes Mobilfunkmodem) IPv6 können oder nicht? Geht das über ein Handy mit USB Tethering grundsätzlich nicht, weil deutsche Mobilfunkanbierter nicht mehr als ein /64 rausgeben?

So about 16% are IPv4 only, 16% are IPv6 only and the rest is dualstack? Striking symmetry, and in other words, 84% have IPv6.

Amazing, more than I thought.
Can you (potentially privately) share your data sources? It cannot just be a domain list like Tranco, right? Certificate Transparency? Is there a readily available list of all the domains with valid PKI certificates in Certificate Transparency logs?

Hard agree. And I think tools like IPvFoo create a natural nudge for at least some people.
A colleague of mine installed it based on my recommendation and regularly reports seeing websites in a slightly different light, depending if there is a "green" 6 or a "red" 4. Despite he having no investment or involvement in #IPv6 beforehand.

Das ist Umgangssprache. Scheinbar will Vodafone (wie so häufig) weniger förmlich und mehr "dynamisch"/" persönlich" rüberkommen.

@npub1fh7…ee83 Are you aware that you send some HTTP response headers double? Seems unnecessary and maybe unintended to me.
For example, `curl https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/archive/forgejo.tar.gz` returns:

Die Unterstützung eines anderen Herstellers würde _aktuell_ zulasten der Sicherheit gehen. Das wird GrapheneOS daher erst machen, wenn ein anderer Hersteller ein vergleichbares Sicherheitsniveau bietet: https://www.kuketz-blog.de/weshalb-grapheneos-aktuell-nur-google-pixel-geraete-unterstuetzt/

Sehr cool! Wie verhält sich die FritzBox eigentlich bei NAT64? Komplett eigenes 464XLAT und im lokalen Netz private IPv4s oder wird auch ein "hybrider" Modus unterstützt, der den NAT64 Präfix weitergibt und Clients ermöglicht auch IPv6-only zu sein (DHCP Option 108 kann die FB noch nicht, oder)
