quick first reactions to #ThisAndThat tracks:
- Run It - still not my fave skz track but I like the grandiose cinematic opening and the Changbin/Han duo rap at the end.
- This & That - surprisingly better than the teasers led me to expect. the chorus and hook don't grab me on their own, but when combined with the other elements of the song, it works.
- After You - yeah this is a banger. already seen it performed at the concerts, and it's good on the album too. can't sit still while this is playing.
- FARMING - not sure yet. I expected to like it more, based on the teaser. might take a few listens to get it. it's weird, like Side Effects, which means that it might end up as a new favorite. or not.
- I Do - hate it. feels cringey and fake. like they wanted to do another song with the same feel as In My Head but with more uplifting lyrics?? nope nope nope.
- Way Out - nice. feels good. I want to find a translation of the lyrics. nothing more to say yet.
- Back Then - gorgeous. arrangement is really lovely too (thank you Vendors (Helixx)). has a stripped back feel that is a sweet contrast to skz's usual cacophony where they throw in everything they can think of. (I love their usual cacophony too, don't get me wrong.)
- This & That (Festival Version) - oh no. usually I prefer the skz festival versions to the originals, but not this one. it removes most of what makes the original interesting, and adds nothing new or fun.

listening to #skzReplay2026 in order all the way through: guys there was a reason why only Limbo and Hug Me made the original skz replay cut from the first set of concert solo songs. (the second set, from the dominate tour, was solid all the way through.)
I haven't really listened to most of the others before, only heard snippets here and there.
pleasantly surprised by Rev It Up and would love to hear more in the same vibe from Felix.
Seungmin's Perfume I do not like at all 😭
however I can now listen to Goodbye, Still Here, and Into the Current back to back. hoo boy that's an emotional gut punch combo and I am here for it.
