That's the problem with my crew my foreman can't fire the 2 negros cause he's scared they'll go to HR but it was funny yesterday foreman texted me and told me not to get my shit to go into the manhole cause he wanted to see if the nig would take initiative when the nig found out he was going in the hole he was mad butthurt. Guess since he's about to top out he thinks hes the shit also dont think he likes me cause i literally just do my job and for some reason get praised for it by the journeymans but I really dont care just want them to stop fucking off so the work can get done and maybe chill for a bit in the ac before quiting time but can't cause the nigs fuck off too much 😒

It was more so the fact he almost hit the journeymans car vs him maybe dying for being a dumb ass. And the fact he just became an apprentice so if he has that idc attitude he'll bring it with him when we're working on the powerlines. Which is why atm hes been stuck doing groundman stuff since no one trusts him to not get us killed and I Definitely don't want him anywhere near me.

I just never cared about those type of school activities. Did go to homecoming once so figured prom would have been just as lame. So instead focused on physical training for the Marines when it was still considered honorable and patriotic to join the military. 😐
