I’m very excited to finally share something I’ve been working on for the last few years:
The Human Practice ☯️
What is it?
The purpose of the practice is to allow our natural balance and clarity to return by creating the supporting conditions for it.
All of us have carried or are carrying stress, fear, trauma, or tightness in the body. Today this is often called “normal” — but it isn’t. Over time, it blocks the natural flow of ease and creativity.
The practice is relevant for everyone. It works as a mirror for how you’re living and where you’re going, allowing life to flow with more ease.
Sessions are offered free of charge to begin, as a thank you for your trust.
Through The Human Practice, I don’t direct you, but support your own process while offering questions based on my experience and abilities.
You’re welcome to reach out through the website or social media with any questions.

Yes, every tool reflects the state of the one who uses it.
Before Bitcoin can ‘fix’ anything, the one holding it has to see where their world is actually coming from.
Thoughts of the world, create the world. The world is a creation of your mind. The creator and creator are one.
When you turn inwards toward the source of the mind, clarity naturally emerges and from here, tools like Bitcoin naturally serve harmony rather than conflict. 🌊☯️

I am going to El Salvador & Costa Rica soon and looking for some recommendations and tips!
For those that have been in Surf City (El Zonte, El Sunzal, Atami etc), whats your recommendations for shops, mode of transport and places to meet likeminded people? and whatever else you can come up with!
In Uvita and @nprofile…t0pm where is a good area to stay, do you need motorbike/car, whats the best places to surf and where to hang out, other recommendations is more than welcomed!
Would be open to checking out more places in Costa Rica while there so if any suggestions, let me know!

After starting my surfing journey I heard from @nprofile…5njz & @nprofile…52h9 podcast episode «Dude you’re just playing in the water.» This was a reply from a random dude on the beach to Robert when he was frustrated with his surfing one day.
This is such a wonderful way of keeping the fun in whatever you do.

What does true freedom mean to you?
All my life I felt a pull toward freedom. I searched in many directions, trying everything I could. And then, when I least expected it, it revealed itself effortlessly. It wasn’t something new. It had always been here, but I couldn’t see it clearly.
We all long for freedom. We search for it in the world, in ideas, in people, in achievements. But the last place we ever look is the one place it actually hides, within. Much closer than we imagine.
Yes, Bitcoin, NOSTR, mitochondrial health, sunlight, nature, these all express freedom in form. They are powerful tools. But to truly understand freedom, it must first be discovered inwardly. Outer freedom reflects inner freedom; it doesn’t replace it.
The question we all look for is the purpose of living, knowing who we are.
To find your purpose, first find yourself. See if the question remains afterward.
Think about it, we all believe in a person and many in a God. Who created them?
Was it some outside force?
They all arise within you, they change within you. Who knows them?
