yup, nixos is great, i run it only on linux headless machines though. primary dev machine is largely macos + nix + home-manager ... though I wish there was a macbook quality laptop running Linux without stupid bugs and driver issues.

Whatever I write on Nostr will be on the internet forever. At least on X (Twitter), I can _delete_ posts. But not on Nostr (NIP-09 is a request not a guarantee).
What does this tell me? I guess I better not post my _opinions_ on anything controversial. Stick to tech and such?

A new chapter starts in my life.
Richard's death was a starting point, but Vineeto's participation has also somewhat enticed me to stop procrastinating.
Life provides so much distractions that we enthusiastically grasp on to ... while little realizing the sub-optimality of it all. The path of actualism on the other hand is munificent.

Checked out a few clients; none were satisfactory. Satellite.earth is nice (supports hierarchical view), but doesn't seem to have notifications (ugh).
