Just about two weeks ago. I severely injured my knee by repeatedly over extending it while clearing verge for US post office unfunded mandate.
Injury is part of sports. I've had countless sprains fractures and contusion, over course of six decades. I learned that physical therapy, homeopathy, tinctures, and DMSO are my friends.
Yukon wanted to run today and I did not deny the request. The spent knee is rehabbing well. We did two miles and 350 feet or elevation change in the notthest hills of CT; the quiet corner. This is the last green space between Boston and New York. The knee strength is coming back.

Voici Messier 27 (aussi appelée la Nébuleuse de l'Haltère ou Dumbbell Nebula), l'une des nébuleuses planétaires les plus célèbres de notre ciel.
Située à environ 1 360 années-lumière dans la constellation du Petit Renard, cette bulle de gaz spectaculaire représente ce qui attend notre propre Soleil dans quelques milliards d'années : les restes d'une étoile mourante qui a expulsé ses couches externes dans l'espace.
Au centre, la naine blanche résiduelle (extrêmement chaude) émet d'intenses rayonnements ultraviolet qui font briller le gaz environnant :
🔴 Rouge / Hydrogène (Ha) : les voiles et structures ténues outer-halo
🔵 Bleu-Vert / Oxygène (OIII) : le cœur très lumineux de la nébuleuse
