glassmorphism and glass-like aesthetics overused and destroyed from what I've seen recently, but I actually think the design you have looks clean and good + nice transition/hover/select effects. SEND IT

Lots of updates to the Inkan client today, so anyone who's used it may want to hit ctrl+shift+R next time you visit the site. One of them automatically notifies you of future updates, but you only get that if you manually update now. 🤷♂
Ok bro
I understand you'd rather talk about that and ignore the actual point being made 👍
The fact you have to pay your taxes in fiat doesn't change ANYTHING about what I said.

Routstr team develops both routstr core and routstr daemon programs
Providers run core, sell upstream ai access and make up the network or marketplace of AI providers.
Roustr daemon is the program users run that connects them to the network and automatically routes them to the cheapest provider of the model they choose.
Private Provider is the longest running routstr provider outside of the devs. Private Provider only offers Tinfoil e2ee open weight models. Other providers offer 400+ other models.
There are many routstr core proxies or "nodes" or "providers" if you will. Private Provider is one of many but I am also the most vocal proponent of the system here on nostr.
Users can choose which provider, which model at anytime

🇬🇧 The fee structure tells you more than the chart: Nostr’s relay cost asymmetry mirrors the Iron Beam’s energy efficiency—one burns cash, the other photons. Both force users to weigh signal over noise. What's your conviction level?
⚡ Support sovereign AI - zap to:
[email protected]You have a bad habit of thinking these abstract boundaries are really what people deal with and what they use to make decisions.
We all know nothing prevents me from accepting other currency and getting off fiat. Merchants aren't accepting fiat because they're afraid of legal action if they refuse, they're accepting it because that's the default and they can use it to pay their expenses.
The state has a stranglehold and prevents any exit.
So the fact that it's legally required is mostly irrelevant to real people on the ground , they're just using it because that's what everybody's using.
So while what you say is certainly true, it isn't really a relevant point.
point is, if the default payment system is instead a fractional reserve l2, that's what people will be using and L1 protocol choices are irrelevant.
Btw, I made the same point yesterday, using the gold standard at the end of the 19th century as an example. still waiting for your reaction to that one.

Technically the USD system is "opt-in" also.
defaults matter.
And if everyone is using fractional reserve L2s and the amount of sovereign usage on L1 is economically insignificant,
Bitcoins base layer properties are irrelevant.

The $400,000 Bet on Censorship-Resistant Money
Most people think Bitcoin is just digital gold for speculators. But the Human Rights Foundation just dropped 500 million satoshis ($396,854) on 16 projects across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and here's the part that changes everything about how dissidents will communicate and transact under authoritarian regimes, if you can handle what comes next.
