Your profile ends up looking like this. I merge any "lud16" or "w" tags from kind 0 profile events, and any payto addresses from kind 10133 payment target events, deduplicate, and group by category.

The same has been said about every information technology back to at least moveable type. The people who own the press will get to decide what everyone reads and learns. If there is 1 or 2 sources with aligned incentives that is true. As the hardware and models become more available more people will get to run their own. Now who can print? Nearly everyone.
Already nation states in conflict have competing models aligned to their desired population knowledge. I can easily switch between an American model and a Chinese model and even have them critique each others responses.

At first I was like this is cute, cool. Now I'm fully invested in these updates. My wife did wildlife rehab and got a lot of baby starlings, grackles, pigeons and such. So cool seeing baby humming birds but actually still where they belong.
I wonder if they'll recognize you and your voice when they grow up. Birds imprint something fierce, but that's usually when they're motherless. Even still. Would be cool if you had rapport with them.

Appears to just extend payment options by providing resources locators like on chain addresses. So you _can_ "zap" with on chain transactions. So it's just a completely standard on chain transaction id assume.
So yeah, I think all on chain rules still apply. Nice to have options though.

That was kind of my point handwaving away the namespace isolations (Im speaking of Docker which is still probably the industry norm outside of kubs which is another basket), when for example they can access system resources as the root user, prod around on the local network, use networked resources, often expect to have internet access to pull dependencies at startup, hard coded DNS requested the list goes on. The amount of trouble I have to go through to strangle off applications because they made convenience assumptions is asinine.
Looks like #Amethyst has now joined #Imwald in supporting payment targets, at least in the profile viewer. 🚀
