Now the state has around 20 monopols (or one monopol for defining reality).
If I create teleport, I will have monopol. It is natural monopol because I am the only one who know how to do teleport stuff. In such case is not important if my company is small or big.
If the product/service is needed (and is not my teleport example) I think is impossible to have monopol without help of the state. In free market such a company can have dominant position, like 90% of the market, but not monopol.
