I had a look at I couldn't see someone doing what I would do..in one idea there are similar / other stuff. In the other idea I can't see anyone doing it, which is not to say the aren't and I can find it lol. It also doesn't mean anyone would look for it either! But I think it has potential.

No, you have print on demand suppliers. You don't buy the stock. Upload designs and if people pay it gets printed and they sort out postage (obviously taking their cut, but worth it for me)
Yeah I wouldn't pay for ads, I would rely on a listing site's search traffic, to keep the experiment no cost. I would obviously be investing time, but I feel like it is not unenjoyable and I might enjoy learning bits of Inkscape anyway
