单位附近的一个理发店，老板经营了十多年，租约每五年一签，最近的一期月租是4500。临到期，理发店老板跟房东沟通了很久，才谈到月租上涨一百元，租期两年，双方过渡。
理发店的老板很是不满，在同一条街问了下，早就是最贵的店租之一了，其他换过租户的，租金全都下调了。
理发店的老板已经在一百多米远的地方找好了店铺，月租3000，装修好两边同时经营，慢慢把老客户介绍到新店，然后老店到期就不续租了，省得房东继续亏钱，让他旺铺出租去吧。
这就是经济下行的市场环境，长租的房东总是误以为自家旺铺成就租户，而非经营者之功。只有旺铺招租几个月，他们才感受得到市场寒意。
