I did go through his stuff and it's not great. I was pretty disappointed honestly.
At the root of his work is basically a rolling back of legal precedent to pre-antebellum era. It completely ignores the very unfavorable race laws towards large portions of what are now considered white people (Irish, Italians, eastern Europeans, etc were legally not white back then with all the disadvantages that entails). His work lazily cherry picks history, and most of it isn't even his work he just added short inflammatory commentary to a book someone else wrote that's public domain now.
There is a ton of work around Private Membership Associations that are well rooted in current legal precedent but anyone curious about that shouldn't look into his work it's a waste of time. The only book I've actually returned in my life 🤣

You can use flatpak with nixOS too if you want, so you don’t need to be fully invested into the ecosystem to reap the benefits of a sane base system that doesn’t treat you like a toddler like fedora silverblue does.
You can even run programs in nix without formally installing them from a single nix run command.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has given the go-ahead for Nasdaq Inc. to list index options based on the price of Bitcoin.
The Bitcoin options will be cash settled European style options, and the underlying index will be the CME CF Bitcoin Real Time Index.
The options still need a final sign off from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission before they can be listed, according to the SEC order.
