That’s expected, since the scan runs entirely client-side.
Even if the database is moved into the enclave, it requires persistent storage. All keys for the enclave and other persistent state are provided outside the enclave, which opens it up to risks.
And unless *you* are asked each time to share your key with a new enclave firmware, and on each restart or redeploy of their production servers, then the keys are coming from somewhere else that can disclose them.
I could fit in 20tb available space. Buying 20tb available size raid 3 of solid state is another matter.
Non-answer. The keys for encrypting the conversations are in the DB (outside the enclave boundary) and AWS KMS (outside the enclave boundary).
AWS and/or OpenSecret can be compelled to disclose “encrypted” data in non-encrypted form, without the introduction of a backdoor into the products or other hurdles that may make it difficulty compared to a normal subpoena.
Pre mine is often a pump/dump scheme, but paying "IR" for devs is equally screwed.. yeah ruff 😅

Maple still has not addressed the problem that their product’s “encrypted blobs” CAN be decrypted outside the TEE.
While it is decrypted only in the TEE *during normal operation*, MapleAI can be easily compelled to decrypt the blobs for law enforcement.
This can be done without any technical barriers or challenges.
The root key that is used to protect all data of the enclave is *outside the enclave*, in AWS KMS.
