There's this house.. been on the market for over 90 days.
During those 90 days, They had 3 open house. They finally lowered it 10k. Then the selling contract expired.
The house comes back on the market a few days and they have another open house. The price of the house is 540k.
The other sellers trying to sell their homes around the same neighborhood and have finally stopped being delusional and are now selling their homes around 480k but the houses are still not selling.

**Flying Saucer Crash Lands in Utah Desert**

A flying saucer from outer space crash-landed in the Utah desert after being tracked by radar and chased by helicopters. The year was 2004, and no space aliens were involved. The saucer, pictured here, was the Genesis sample return capsule, part of a human-made robot Genesis spaceship launched in 2001 by NASA itself to study the Sun. The unexpectedly hard landing at over 300 kilometers per hour occurred because the parachutes did not open as planned. The Genesis mission had been orbiting the Sun collecting solar wind particles that are usually deflected away by Earth's magnetic field . Despite the crash landing, many return samples remained in good enough condition to analyze. Genesis -related discoveries included new details about the composition of the Sun and how the abundance of some types of elements differ across the Solar System . These results have provided intriguing clues into details of how the Sun and planets formed billions of years ago.

X recently updated the app. It has some new features like filters, topics but still junk and not very useful.

这个月我自己送2次免费麦当劳的食品给流浪汉。晚上，下班。有流浪汉躺在马路上发呆。还捡垃圾桶的食品，我看到了很心痛。麦当劳餐厅打烊后。许多好的食品会丢掉…麦当劳餐厅就让夜班的员工可以拿回家吃都是好食品。我就拿这些好的麦当劳食品给马路上的流浪汉吃。其实也是帮麦当劳积德行善，麦当劳餐厅养了许多人，社会上许多失业人士都到麦当劳餐厅捡食吃。麦当劳餐厅从来没有驱赶这些失业人员捡食品吃的人。还有许多人到麦当劳的前台偷食品。因为顾客太多，摆在前台的collect area的食品经常被人偷走。几万人次的餐厅，麦当劳也觉得无所谓。就当做福利。
我说来偷食品的人，肯定有他的难处，宽容吧。麦当劳是不差这几份食品的钱，就当做慈善吧。
街头上那些流浪汉讲普通话很好的。不知道为什么他会流浪街头。不知道他是什么原因这样。不知道他经过多少苦难和挫折之后流浪街头？
