这个月我自己送2次免费麦当劳的食品给流浪汉。晚上，下班。有流浪汉躺在马路上发呆。还捡垃圾桶的食品，我看到了很心痛。麦当劳餐厅打烊后。许多好的食品会丢掉…麦当劳餐厅就让夜班的员工可以拿回家吃都是好食品。我就拿这些好的麦当劳食品给马路上的流浪汉吃。其实也是帮麦当劳积德行善，麦当劳餐厅养了许多人，社会上许多失业人士都到麦当劳餐厅捡食吃。麦当劳餐厅从来没有驱赶这些失业人员捡食品吃的人。还有许多人到麦当劳的前台偷食品。因为顾客太多，摆在前台的collect area的食品经常被人偷走。几万人次的餐厅，麦当劳也觉得无所谓。就当做福利。
我说来偷食品的人，肯定有他的难处，宽容吧。麦当劳是不差这几份食品的钱，就当做慈善吧。
街头上那些流浪汉讲普通话很好的。不知道为什么他会流浪街头。不知道他是什么原因这样。不知道他经过多少苦难和挫折之后流浪街头？

其实可乐，没值几个钱，顾客自己不小心打倒可乐了。我叫免费提供可乐给顾客，这个顾客觉得麦当劳服务态度很好。原本可乐也是很小的成本。免费送一杯可乐给顾客，花小钱赚顾客的忠诚度。其它餐厅可能无法做到。
麦当劳其它店也无法做到这点吧。就看麦当劳餐厅的门店的店长是否有格局。
