A novice doesn’t need to know it’s a multisig, just like it is okay for new people even using single sig to think their Bitcoin is stored in a hardware wallet. Its a learning curve
A bitkey user needs to know:
1) you can put a limit that allows to spend without the hardware
2) they can recover funds if phone is lost
3) they can recover funds if hardware is lost
4) they can recover funds if both hardware and phone is lost given they have recovery contacts
5) with emergency kit they can recover funds even if the bitkey app and server goes bust (they need hardware in that case)
6) they can add beneficiary (which had a bug but since been patched / in works)
