I’ve got a pretty solid routine and still find time for working out and family.
Chess helps, Podcasts help, coffee and creatine help, alpha brain helps.
Diet needs improvement, and I could be more consistent with the multivitamin…..
This is the most focused and productive I’ve ever been.
Currently working 80 hours a week in mental health.
Registered Behavioral Health Technician in the afternoon and Mental Health Technician overnight.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s in psychology with a focus on applied behavioral analysis.
