I was watching something yesterday, and it said that seven to ten percent of humans on earth have a uncommon ability in which they are highly receptive of their environment. This could mean that they have the ability to have something like an out-of-body experience on demand, astral project, predict certain things, you catch my drift. They may be more sensitive to various aspects of their environment.
It makes sense. I can't say I can astral project, (I wish) but the more you understand the environment around you, the more you can correlate and better navigate that environment. Some humans have some strange and fascinating abilities.
