The list of group members, and admins, is part of the consensus state. Any member in a group knows exactly who's part of that group, and that only admins can make valid commits.
Servers are only trusted for message delivery. Given that every group member somehow gets every commit message, they will converge on a shared state of the group. For now marmot uses nostr relays for message delivery, we're already thinking how to do this with fips, it should work.

another fun workflow now that my agentium-powered claude code sessions can introspect and spawn other claude/codex sessions on any machine
i have a /handoff skill that will spawn a new agent into a new session automatically. agents can create a new claude/codex session using `agentium spawn` with instructions on what to work on.
its like subagents but a bit more powerful because you can spawn them on remote machines.
I have each unit of work scoped to a single session, and all commits have an agentium: link to that session. so for every commit you can see how the work was done by typing `agentium log agentium:wrist-bachelor-tooth`
my agents.md instructs them to keep my headway cards up to date as they work.
all work context is universally tracked and linked in notedeck via rich hyperlinks. it's amazing.
next i'm going to work on collaborative sessions. instead of having this all encrypted to yourself, you can invite any number of people to interact with your session on any machine.

In terms of "Nostr rails" I'd say that they are absolutely doing that and I think that its great. It showcases the versatility of the protocol.

But technically speaking creators could still post on Divine and then use another app to add a Lightning address get Zapped. It would just take some education. Though, I don't think that would be good UX and I'd rather see what Rabble has cooking. Perhaps it's Cashu Zaps where the Cashu tokens are backed by a real bank 👀
