中国近期连遭台风暴雨侵袭，多地爆发严重洪灾。随着洪水退去，大量网友爆料，疑似遭洪水浸泡的饮料以低价流入市场，不少瓶盖残留泥沙、污水，甚至有人饮用后出现呕吐、腹泻等症状。疾控部门警告，泡水饮品可能受到病菌、寄生虫卵污染，即使外观正常，也可能危害健康，引发民众对食品安全的担忧。
阿波罗网王笃若报导/中国近期接连遭受台风侵袭，广西、浙江、沈阳等多地发生严重洪灾，造成重大人员伤亡与财产损失。随着洪水逐渐消退，网络却接连传出疑似“泡水饮料”“泡水食品”流向全国，引发食品安全疑虑。
近期微博、抖音、小红书等中国社交平台涌现大量网友发文，提醒民众不要购买网购低价饮料，并上传照片及影片示警。画面显示，不少特价饮料瓶身发黄、变形，部分瓶盖内侧残留明显泥沙、污水痕迹，甚至散发异味。
有网友表示，饮用一瓶网购矿泉水后突发急性肠胃炎，持续腹泻，事后检查发现瓶盖缝隙夹有泥巴，怀疑产品来自洪灾地区。另有自称居住广西的网友透露，亲眼目睹商家不断搬出遭泥水浸泡过的整箱饮料，不清楚是否已依规定销毁，相关影片也引发大量讨论。
由于类似案例不断增加，越来越多民众担忧，部分黑心业者可能仅简单清洗泡水商品，便重新包装或低价出售，将受污染食品流向全国。不少网友呼吁监管部门全面清查洪灾地区食品仓库及经销商，避免问题商品继续流入市场。
综合央视等中国官媒报道，南宁疾病预防控制中心副科长提醒，瓶装饮料采用螺纹瓶盖设计，一旦遭洪水浸泡，污水、泥沙、病菌及寄生虫卵可能沿瓶盖缝隙渗入或附着包装表面，即使外观看似完整，内部仍可能受到污染。若误饮，可能出现呕吐、腹泻、发烧，甚至引发肠胃传染病。专家建议，一旦发现饮品有泥沙、污渍或疑似受污染痕迹，应立即丢弃，不要饮用；若网购到疑似泡水商品，应保留瓶盖泥沙、瓶身污渍等证据，并向电商平台申请退货。
阿波罗网评论员王笃然点评，洪灾之后最可怕的不只是灾情，而是监管失灵。当低价泡水饮料能够疑似跨地区流通，说明食品追溯、仓储管理与执法监督可能存在漏洞。若问题商品无法及时拦截，消费者将难以辨别风险，食品安全也可能再次演变为社会信任危机，才是真正漫长的灾后后遗症。

I think notepad++ was cool but I guess it got hacked, or something, I also know there’s windows visual but there’s like a Foss version, and then the paid subscription version.

How do you program code that never existed before?
It’s weird to conceptualize for me but it’s because I am not a programmer

Like who wrote the code for it without stack overflow, GitHub, or Claude/Ai?
Like how did we know which binary, assembly, Fortran, C(+)(+), would make an actual thingy.
Like it’s math but it’s also a language but it’s computer but it can’t be made without documentation but it can be made without documentation.
Like I know there’s variables, and integers, and statement, and loops, and ifs, and then, and trues, and prints, and returns but like how do you make them without the code that already existed?
If there was a dictionary for programming it would make more sense to me perhaps.
I use omp for our company harness, everything from coding to reseasrch to compliance runs through it
