I never realized the fun in collecting mint plants. Recently acquired a bunch of different types that I have transplanted into my perennial garden. Sweet mint, citrus mint, licorice mint, raspberry bee balm, lemon balm, and cat nip. I have put the really aggressive ones in bottomless buckets that are submerged to try and contain them. It's 8 am.
I already baked my first sourdough loaf in almost two years! It doesn't quite have the open crumb I aim for, a little dense, but it's still super good. Way better than store bought! 🍞

it was a surprisingly good initial design, which should probably keep it as the definitive crypto unit for another 10 or 15 years.
but the young people dont feel that way, they aren't sentimental about it and will use what works for their usecase.
