🇷🇺 Vedomosti: The bill on regulating cryptocurrencies in the Russian Federation has undergone changes for the second reading. The new version allows the withdrawal of assets to the accounts of licensed foreign exchanges and expands the capabilities of crypto exchangers for paying for digital rights and securities. According to the document, mining activities will be available to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs only after inclusion in the FNS register, while individuals will be allowed to mine coins within energy consumption limits.
