No clue 🤷♀️ I just don't like the texture, or taste if I'm honest, of ripe ones.
They're pretty high on the sugar scale but to each his own. I'll eat them every now and then but I prefer an underripe one that has some bite to it.

Yes. You can peel and freeze them, but I didn't have good luck trying to make banana bread out of them. Probably a quick search would tell you how to mitigate the moisture but I'm lazy and bananas are cheap 🤷♀️😂

Making comfort food today. Mac & cheese (lentil noods and white cheddar) with peas and ham. Lost a friend Friday, met new friends Friday, lots of personal life things happening.
