Mood has been fine, perhaps a bit pouty at the start but not terrible. Energy has gone up a lot over the past several weeks.
I think the biggest change has been in inflammation. My joints hurt a lot less, my cheeks and eyes are visible less puffy, and my tummy has gotten flatter despite not really losing weight.
I'm glad to kick the every day habit, but also I have a giant chocolate bar that I am excited to eat on Sunday 🥰
My problem is the brick it's running on.

After I built the first iteration of it and it worked I just switched back to signal. The text on white noise was too big and I needed to use sayboard to do voice inputs so the friction was too great. I had to build without friction.
Honestly I haven't tried out the new version of white noise though, so I should revisit.
What are you finding? Any tips for me?

I would tend to agree. Depending on how easy it is for someone to speak their mind, the calculation changes. For people who can talk easily, saying what they believe is important is fairly easy as well. For people who find it more difficult to speak or who are quiet by nature, the impact of what they say on others has to outweigh the effort needed to speak. Both may always have something to say, but people who are more reserved may not always say it.
Both are vices in excess imo.
