Such a general security product is a bad idea. You increase the attack surface a ton, and get little benefit for many of the things.
For example, software OTP is secure enough and you can always use HW keys. An encrypted storage can be a dedicated disk that performs better.

There's a case for this I can admit, on the basis of proving that a bad upgrade can be reversed. BIP-110 however doesn't seem to do this (or anything else) very cleanly at all.
Something like a blocksize reduction to correct the mistake of the segwit increase though could calm some concerns that if we add something problematic it'll be with us forever.
It’s hard to say that greed is bad when greed is necessary for survival in modern times.
