If I understand correctly, this is a solution for Damus’ lack of outbox. Is it useful for other clients too?

I am a very big proponent of graph databases. It's all nodes and edges for me.
Damus iOS does not do outbox, so it only reads from an unchanging set of relays, and you have to get lucky to see your friends posts. Outbox model reads from a dynamic set of relays where your friends post, so it can see all their notes by connecting to 2 or more relays from *their advertised relay lists. The feeds.relay.tools pulls in notes using outbox so that a client that does not do outbox can just connect to that relay and see them. Nostur does it's own outbox in addition. So, now instead of no outbox, there are multiple ways to read your outbox.
Okay, fine…I’m checking out Buzz.
Now what?

Claiming Monero relies on "altruism" reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of the protocol. Monero does not rely on charity. Rather, it economically incentivizes miners via Tail Emission (a continuous, perpetual reward of 0.6 XMR per block, in case you missed it). Ironically, it is Bitcoin that suffers from a fatal design flaw regarding altruism and long-term security. As Bitcoin's block subsidies halve toward zero, BTC will be forced to rely entirely on unpredictable transaction fees to sustain its multi-billion-dollar security budget. Monero actually solved Satoshi's fee-dependence dilemma by ensuring miners are algorithmically paid in perpetuity. Mining XMR is driven by economic rationalism, not goodwill. And saying "my individual hash power is too small to provide measurable security" is the textbook Voter's Paradox. Centralization occurs precisely when individuals surrender their agency to mega-corporations. Look at Bitcoin today: just two industrial pools (Foundry and Antpool) routinely control over 50% of the entire network's hash rate. That is an oligopoly. In contrast, Monero's CPU-friendly RandomX algorithm, combined with P2Pool (a decentralized sidechain for mining), allows thousands of individual, home-run CPUs to trustlessly aggregate their hash power. You aren't just "adding a tiny hash"; you are participating in an un-capturable, permissionless defense mesh that prevents pool-level censorship and cartel formation.
Also, calculating profitability strictly through the lens of electricity-to-fiat spot price is economically naive. When you mine Monero, you are acquiring pristine, un-linked, non-KYC, sovereign money directly into your self-custodial wallet. No exchange identity verification, no bank surveillance, no risk of frozen accounts, and no tainted UTXO history. In an era of total financial panopticon, generating un-monitored financial privacy at margin is a tangible, highly valuable financial yield.
And excuse my french but what the fuck?! Citing Qubic as a "nearly successful attack" or a failure of RandomX proves you haven't read Monero's code (src/cryptonote_core/blockchain.cpp) or understood how consensus actually executed during that event. Firstly, Monero consensus does not blindly adopt the first block it sees; it strictly follows the heaviest chain based on cumulative difficulty. Secondly, Qubic attempted an empty-block/orphaning strategy. Because they lacked true, sustained cumulative difficulty superiority over the honest global network, their malicious blocks were automatically flagged, isolated into orphan pools, and rejected by honest nodes across src/cryptonote_protocol. And what was the result? Qubic burned millions of dollars in electricity and hardware wear only to produce useless orphan blocks. Monero absorbed a heavily-funded, coordinated stress test with zero downtime, zero re-orgs, and zero protocol-level emergency rollbacks. But the irony is this: Qubic itself is an opaque, centralized scheme where a single founder (@c___f___b or lil-stupid called Sergei Ivancheglo) demands miners hand over their untraceable XMR under the completely un-auditable promise of "burning" Qubic -even changing the buyback rules from 100% to 50% on a whim.
All in all, Monero wasn't "defeated" or "exposed" by Qubic. It was battle-tested! RandomX proved that a decentralized network of CPUs can withstand a concentrated assault without surrendering the network to ASIC cartels or centralized mining farms. Next time you lecture Monero users on mining protocol security, please try reading blockchain.cpp instead of parroting surface-level FUD.

in socialist and communist fields - that is accurate. and the democrats run the risk of falling into the trap of being painted as communists because they are adopting radical populist agendas by osmosis without any regard for the accuracy....
the new uk prime minister for example - believes in raising working class taxes.... he's a cuck shill. i recommend you really think that through, dems. playing the jackass is only so effective as your foil is at the hegelian; and that requires trust. #donkeys

I'm using backblaze on LFL for my uploads. Faster then uploading to my local server and backblaze gives you 10GB of free storage. 🥳

"Funding and education" equals influence. Core has been purchased by corporate interests, and its independence is now merely an illusion to convince users of its legitimacy. You are now running Suitcoin™. This was not Satoshi's vision.

About 2 years he told MBS if you donate something and build 👉 BUILD SCHOOLS/HOSPITALS - NOT MOSQUES
i would also mention the same could be said for most mps if you follow their donations - and that's quite the slippery slope for uk politicians.... if farage can prove his stance - uk politicos are in big trouble for placing him in the hot seat for something they themselves cannot claim to be true if the spotlight is shown on them.... kind of an interesting road to travel if farage can demonstrate he's on the up and up.
much like my mom's family in that regard: trying to bother someone about their situation because of a gift from her now dead aunt (me, which is solid) for attention, while you yourself have committed tax and trust fraud at scale, is probably not a great choice.
