Understandable tho, timer is a good element in an arcade game and if the game doesn't deliver an arcade experience, a timer is shit game design. Take Rayman 3 for example, it's a collectaton game but with "score and combo" mechanics, a complete retard design choice.

I'm curious how you'd know if it wasn't working though. That's part of my point. They're "pretty much" working, but not consistently in my experience.
To be fair, this could probably be addressed by client. It can see that a relay isn't connected and show me a different icon so it could probably notify me too. Or just configure something that will just work until I change it.
