直到 2002 年诺贝尔经济学奖得主卡尼曼，指出一个更朴素的事实：
你表扬谁，是因为他这次发挥超常。
超常之后，他下次本来就会回到正常水平。
跟你的表扬一点关系都没有。
批评也一样——他那次飞得烂，下次本来也会好转。
你骂不骂，结果一样。
这叫"回归均值"。
几十年来，无数管理者用"骂人有用"这个错误归因，虐待了几十年员工。
最可怕的不是他们错了。
是他们一辈子都不会知道自己错了。
