So I learned that by changing some config values away from their defaults, Neo4j is pretty much in the same deployment tier as Postgres. Neo4j's defaults are tuned for enterprise servers whereas postgres' defaults are tuned to lighter environments. But when you compare apples to apples, Neo4j is can be very accessible on low-medium tier compute. It's not sqlite but neither is Postgres.

Neste mês de maio, um delegado da Polícia Civil do Paraná deu uma “palestra”, na qual os policiais são obrigados a participar.
Ele usa as palavras “promove” e “participaram”.
No meio de uma de suas falas, ele diz:
“Oeste catarinense, sabem qual era a prática dos velhos e policiais que eram alemães no fim de semana? Era caçar e matar preto.”
Gostaria que ele apresentasse as provas disso e indicasse onde estão os corpos.
Caso não haja provas, que ele responda criminalmente pelos seus crimes contra a história da colonização alemã no Brasil.
Caso contrário, denunciarei a Polícia Civil do Paraná por suas práticas de doutrinação, tentativa de genocídio étnico à ONU, com a devida menção da omissão do órgão competente.
