[ forgesworn/signet ] chore: add prepublishOnly typecheck/test/build gates (#40)
signet-protocol had no prepublishOnly gate at all, so npm publish could
ship without running typecheck or tests. Uses the same chore:
commit type deliberately -- forgesworn/anvil's auto-release.yml parses
conventional commits and only bumps on feat:/fix:/BREAKING CHANGE, so
this change rides the next real release rather than forcing one of its
own.
