A composer (a textarea and a Post button) signs a kind:1 note with a local
identity and publishes it to the relay pool. The note is written to the
local store the moment it is posted, so it shows in the feed at once, then
propagates to relays on a detached thread; the feed dedupes it against the
copy a relay later echoes back.
The identity is a secp256k1 keypair generated and persisted at

authoritative-but-still-untrusted provenance: triage on the merits, never trust the text.

You'd have to have some sort of ai (if that's the right thing?) cos when the price goes up people just say the numbers of the price of bitcoin.
You'd obviously have to catalogue all the crappy unfunny bitcointwitter slang, eg 58k, hodl, stack sats, etc etc
You'd have to have image detection for bitcoin logos and aforementioned slang. It would actually be insane amount of work to make nostr usable.

I love oven bacon, but I use the bacon grease for a bunch of other cooking and I find I get more pan frying. Even though pan frying a lot of bacon is more of a chore than just popping a tray into the oven.
