Interesting. Many seem to be at large 4-way intersections though, on all 4 sides, where I'd imagine they capture the area surrounding each other. Maybe I'll look for more details on the ones being vandalized, but something tells me they're no exception. Maybe it's just too much hassle to play detective on these events

Yeah man. I don't know what the answer is but I know that it's not telling people "this thing fixes that problem". I'm personally growing tired of the idea that more software or technology fixes a people problem.
