I think with the price going up 500k may not be bad. But definitely not less than 100k unless you're getting them out of a mixer like wasabi.
A small utxo isn't a bad thing, and you can always consolidate. I don't really sweat it. The people who do usually don't even have that much Bitcoin.

Hoenn is nice too. I played sinnoh once but I can't say I disliked it. Kanto is a classic, but it was the second region I played in cause Gold. I played it for real in Leaf Green.
I kinda feel like using LN to break up large utxos can be a useful thing…

It was always about fees, fees have been low for a good while but that may change so having utxos of 1M or more for Cold storage makes sense. Whilst fees are low it’s a great time to consolidate and clear up dust addresses. Personally i don’t reuse addresses any longer either as good practice.

Me too.
Like yeah we fight all the time and everything's kinda broken and incompatible.
But it's magical when it works and you can just connect with people.
I save for the future in Bitcoin. When I spend it now I spend KYC from a small exchange balance.
My idea is to stack UTXOs of varying sizes (500k - 5 million sats) in cold storage to spend later. So I have UTXOs of varying purchasing power depending on what I want to buy. So I don’t have to dox a few substantially larger UTXOs on spends.
But idk if 500,000-1,000,000 sats is too small a UTXO. Sometimes I want to consolidate them. But also feel like they could be useful.
I want to say it was about Damus from either @npub1mmp…nmjn, or @npub1kg9…nvj4.
But then a journalist at the 2024 Bitcoin conference asked if I had Nostr which prompted me to become more active on here, & check it out.
Also I was banned on X/Twitter for quite a while.
