[ loblawbob873-svg/posterchanai ] fix(news): unread badge = "new since last visit" (was stuck at 99+)
The badge counted every article not scrolled past, so on a big combined feed
it stayed maxed at 99+. Switch to the standard RSS model: unread = articles
newer than the last time you opened News; the first visit sets the baseline
(nothing pre-existing counts) and opening News clears it. Per-article read
greying + "Mark all read" unchanged. One-time migration clears the old count.
