A little of both, I don't know that site and it was the first that came up.
I know from where I live that the population is down 100k and each year it feels fewer and fewer people want to be here. People are retiring earlier and leaving the costly New England states for Florida or warmer climates.
There doesn't seem to be anything happening in Minneapolis but war and fraud. As the weather gets better this uprising will get worse.
