I appreciate the game theory perspective that 2.5% of people who are honest participants can impose an indestructible network on the remaining 97.5% of people for the first time. Because they’re now shielded in anonymity.
Before, those people would be identified and killed.
I think this inevitably goes to a hard fork between OG Bitcoin and One World Government Bitcoin. Probably sooner than we think. That’s gonna be messy, but I think open-source permissionless Bitcoin wins that battle due to game theory.
