Just got bit by a #tick, and it’s most likely a deer tick.
I removed as much as I could and followed general cleanup advice such as soap, water, and iodine.
I’ve already started immune-maxing with vitamin C, vitamin D, and raw dairy.
Anyone else have any tips? I’d REALLY like not to get #Lyme.

I’ve seen Steiner mentioned many times, but never dove into his work. He seems to have written a lot of esoteric stuff.

Will do, thanks. If I ground the router, will EMFs from the adapter be negligible? I have an RF meter that I can use to check, but not an EMF meter.

Any recommendations for RJ45 Ethernet (I’m using CAT 6A) to lighting adapters? Main considerations are maximizing throughput (>100 Mbps if possible) and minimizing EMFs.

The more I learn, the more I realize the best diet for old folks (and pretty much all folks) is heavily based on high quality, pastured eggs, raw A2 milk, and grass fed beef & steak (I get my creatine nowadays from my steak). Oh and importantly, severely disrespecting seed oils. There’s a lot more than just these things to a healthy, balanced diet, but these 4 or so things keep bubbling to the top for me.

That’s not too far off of the price in the US. You can find organic 100% grass fed beef at Aldi for $5.50/lb. Probably isn’t as good quality as NZ beef but still.

Update: I’ve decided just to stick with my trusty pour over for now.
Espresso smells and tastes great, but I can’t rationalize the investment when my coffee is basically just as good. Maybe I’ll go for it in the future, but I have other priorities for now.

Oo yum, I bet that would be delicious. I’ve been trying to remember to let salt rest on my steaks for at minimum 5 minutes before cooking lately.
