I don't know what wallet you use but I haven't had many problems with Rizful. It usually works but it's slower than on primal, and sometimes it'll time out so I have to try again.

Growing older sucks.
I pulled a muscle in my lower right back yesterday while mowing. Not a big deal I thought. What used to take a night to recover became 3 days in my late 30s. It'll suck, I'll use half a tube of bio-freeze but C'est la vie. WRONG WRONG WRONG. WRONG WRONG!
I've angered a new muscle I never new about before. Not the same lower back muscle I've angered dozens of times before. He called in reinforcement. This bastard has entrenched himself to the deepest interior spot just barely in front of my right hip, like he's threatening to use my groin as a human shield during hostage negotiations.
No position my body can contort to offers relief. Sleep hasn't been an option. Constant movement is the only way to keep him guessing enough to stave pure agony. I feel like a bitch for typing this note but I want to make sure I issue a proper warning before I lose this battle and head to purgatory.
Stretch. Do yoga. Lift with your legs. Take care of your body so that you don't get a similar hit put on you by your muscular system. Jesus take the wheel cause I'm ready to crash this mufhugger.
