For me, it’s the ability to speak without fear of reprisal or being booted from an instance.
The fediverse was well intentioned, but unfortunately, isn’t really any different from any other social media platform.

I could reconcile that with the ten dollar monthly charge, but there’s no justification for charging someone $50 for a $3 hat. That’s just insulting.

Where to start. Charging $10 a month for basically nothing, other than access to a TestFlight, which should be free anyways.
TestFlight isn’t meant to be used to extort your users for more money, it’s meant to test apps BEFORE you charge people for it.
Charging $50 for a $3 dollar hat. What was it, $30 for a shirt, Are they laced with gold? LMFAO.

It’s a shame what happened to Micheal Richard, I feel like he could’ve h more opportunities to play spastic parts.

I’ve noticed when men have unsavory allegations aimed at them, everyone around them cuts ties with them as soon as possible. Johnny Depp, for example. However, if it’s a female, it’s a different story. We’re equal, until we’re not. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I know what you mean. When my roommate smokes, I sometimes do get a slight craving. But then I remember what it’s doing to my lungs as well as making me smell like an ashtray and it fades rather quickly.
It’s not something you can half ass. Like any habit you try to quit, you have to really want to.

Well, you don’t realize how nasty of a habit it is until you remove yourself from the equation.
Thankfully, I saw through all of the vape propaganda and it saved my life. Now I don’t do either and I feel damn good about it.
Strangely enough, the nicotine is the easy part to get over, it’s the hand to mouth habit that is the hardest part to get over. That and the triggers. Have a beer, need a smoke, have some coffee, need a smoke, just ate, need a smoke, etc.
I’ve done every drug under the sun and they were all easier to quit than smoking, so I hold no judgement against people who haven’t been able to kick the habit yet.

Why is the #primal icon so dark? Using the tint option on iOS 18 and primal is the only icon that looks different from the others.

So it’s not so much a glitch as it is poor coding, gotcha. Appreciate the reply.
I was able to remove it using Damus, then I immediately uninstalled it, LMAO.
That’s a nice app, probably one of the better clients I have tested, I just wish they weren’t so blatantly capitalistic.

You can actually buy THC cartos legally, as long as it’s delta 8. It’s not quite as potent as delta 9, naturally, but it will work in a pinch.
