SPEC_ISSUES.md gains two entries under Open. The first is that §3.1's
transport probe can leave a browser Holder with nothing: the local path
and §6 are both closed to it by other sections, so a relay timeout ends
a ten-minute session in three seconds. The second is that threshold mode
at t = 2 means any two shareholders reconstruct the key, which §9 states

Every Concord community vanished from the chat window. The vault in Dexie was
intact and syncing — `loadStoredCommunities` returned nothing from it, because
`rehydrateCommunity` was failing closed on all seven rows.
A kind-33302 fragment written by another client (d="0", 2026-08-25) carries
entries whose `current` has no `community_id` and no `seed` at all: the id lives
on the entry, which is what §8 keys and merges by, so repeating it inside the
snapshot is redundant. Fragments outrank the retired 13302 at equal epoch, so

- QueryManager#cleanup dropped a removed query's traces without sending

[ LNVPS/api ] feat(admin): bulk VM status endpoint, and bulk-load every table behind it
Adds POST /api/admin/v1/vms/status, which takes {"ids": [...]} and returns
the same AdminVmInfo objects as GET /api/admin/v1/vms/{id}, one per id in
request order. POST rather than GET so a long id list travels in the body.
Max 100 ids, duplicates collapsed, ids that do not resolve are omitted
rather than failing the batch.
Rendering one VM touches a dozen tables, and each was a query *per VM*, so
a 50-row page cost several hundred round trips. All of it is now batched:

## Problem
khatru only honours a NIP-09 delete request when the target event was
written by the same pubkey, and HAVEN never overrides that outcome. The
relay owner therefore had no way to remove somebody else's event from
their own relay — spam in the inbox, a chat message from a WoT member, a
note from a co-whitelisted npub. The owner's kind 5 came back as
`blocked: you are not the author of this event`.

during auction creation, relying solely on the server's fire-and-forget
publish which runs after the response is returned. This caused "no event

creating a listing.
Add publishSignedEvent() for already-signed events and call it after a
successful POST, ensuring the event is on relays before the user navigates.

v0.16.1 fixed the SLH-DSA crash on liboqs-without-SLH-DSA builds by
catching the RuntimeError, but the `HybridSigner` import inside
`_run_notary_beat` still triggered the `oqs` package's first-run
liboqs build (60-180 seconds on a fresh HOME). That pushed the
pre-existing v073 demo subprocess tests past their 240-second cap
on the CI runner, leaving pytest red on 0.16.1 even though the
release was functionally sound for end users.

This document told you to re-run agent-profile.py after every channel
membership change, because kind 10100's channel_ids were authoritative
and nothing refreshed them — an agent added to a channel was a member
nobody could mention, silently, on both sides. That was the most common
failure here and it cost us four separate diagnoses in one week.
v0.5.18 reads membership from the relay's own kind 39002 rosters and
overwrites whatever the entry claimed:
