IDK I already removed from the memory so it's unlikely I'll test it again (wasn't going to play serious yet anyway), it's not that I don't get its intent and I'm trying to roll sideways and hit enemies, I just don't have any fun with the parry chain system at all, I find it boring, and when I spent 2 skill point to have a single extra paper doll on Wolf it was when I acknowleged that the game truly waste the player's time. The "have a sparking katana with the shounen orange shinobi uncle" is just not for me.

Hater time, and it's monday, perfect.
I tested a bit of Sekiro, and I have to be honest, it really lives up to its tittle as a parryslop, I feel like I should ask for refund for the two hours spent on it and I'll never recover.
Parry in Demon Souls, Dark Souls and Elden Ring is fun and optional, in Bloodborne is peak fun shit and so addictive that you forget it's also optional, but Sekiro ? It's mandatory boring chore, it waste your time by making you do 10x before you can land a fake visceral. Exploring the map and combating mobs is unspiring because you're hardly finding something worth. It's also hard to take serious a shinobi wearing orange, like they really packed their tries to cater for shounen audience here, they should have Wolf also wear a bright safety bandana as well 😁.

Congrats bro. You probably build underpowered, those games give you build freadom but it's often better to build around each character strong point, Like how Joshua has better Arts and speed potential than Stelle, but the end is tough nonetheless.

Why does some people think whoever play Fromsoftware games should read Berserker ? Sure it's supposedly Miyazaki favored manga, then what ? I never read War of the Worlds because of 13 sentinels Aegis Rim lol.
TBH I like Soulsborne games more as some form of "Neo Dungeon Crawler", you pick and follow an unknow path, kill mobs and some tough enemies, loot treasure, unlock shortcuts and more treasure, camp if tired and kill the cool big monster at the end, rise and repeat, it doesn't require as much attention as traditional RPGs does to play, so I'm not gonna change that by hunting Berserker references everywhere.
