Those coins are treated as income.
MicroStrategy would be subject to a thumping income tax bill.
$4B tax bill of the coin retains 20% of BTC price
$700M if price retains 5%
$140M if price retains 1%

I think the essence was when they’re in the jar, you never know how many were in each bag, but you know for certain there was at minimum and maximum two bags of cookies! Sort of going for the “this came from two things, and this is the end state”.
