The ancap freak out about theft, not "my precious". I'd even say that they are far less obsessed by "my precious" than people that try to justify and moralize theft. You have to be incredibly selfish and self centered with no principle to think that using force rather than free exchange to get what you need is a good thing.

What must be resolve exactly ? You want to prevent people from selling their organs to escape poverty ?
First let's say that the cherry picking of anti ancap people is always funny when compared to the horror that a State based society creates. The mega corporations you are talking about can only exist in a world where their is a government giving advantages and monopolies to certain groups of people.
Anyway to come back to the initial issue of having to sell organs let's just mention first that in a free world poverty is much less of a problem that in a collectivist one. Then for the poors remaining you can always chose to help people through charity or benevolant actions. This is what true solidarity is about, a thing that collectivists can't even grasp so selfish as they are.
Then if there are still people so poor that they have to sell their organs then you can either accept that they are better off after doing so, otherwise they would have not done it. Or if you feel like it being morally wrong (that I can totally understand being on the same page as you on this) you can just live in a community that prevent organ buyers to do their business here.
In an anarco capitalist world, communists can perfectly do their shit together (even if we know that it will not last more than 12 months in reality). Meaning that anyone is free to join a community/organization where buying/seeling organs is forbidden by contract.
So again I think that the main point is to manage to agree on not stealing from other people when we are confronted to a difficult problem. This can never be the solution, it's elswhere. If we can all agree of solving things without requiring violence threat and coercion, but rather true generosity / cooperation / contracts then we are building an anarco capitalist society.
It doesn't mean that it's perfect but it's the best we can do IMO.

Ce qui est chiant avec nostr c'est que ton feed c'est des publications au fil de l'eau, donc t'as vite fait de louper les posts.
Mais bon franchement autrement j'ai jamais été autant bullish sur ce protocole, ça commence à être hyper fluide, toujours plus de clients grace à notre ami commun à tous Claude etc...set up un relay est désormais à la portée de tous là encore grace à Claude.
La rétention de nouveaux users risque d'augmenter un peu à partir de maintenant je pense, et ça pourrait faire boule de neige pour les années à venir surtout si les réseaux centralisés se font réguler (deviennent des spooks censeurs) davantage ce qui ne manquera pas d'arriver.

Yes WoS moved to Spark few months ago already and imposed the switch from the custodial version for regulatory reasons (most users not to say all of them are already using Spark I'd say). With Spark they can pretend it's self custodial even if it's more trust minimized than trusless in the curent state of the thing.

What I don't get in your "fear" of upgrading is that:
1- your current Primal Wallet is 100% custodial so all the risks you mentionned are much higher with this wallet actually. Their Spark wallet is still an improvement compared to their former custodial one IMO
2- you don't HAVE to use their wallet you can chose in the settings to use your own (Phoenix, Albyhub + nostr wallet connect etc...) if you prefer
At the end of the day I'd say you can upgrade without any second thought

We are almost there except that people forgot about the unregulated and private part it seems 😅. As long as Ark and Spark (or else) don't have blind signatures added on top of it, and the centralized servers are not runned anonymously, then their is no chance that we are not building a fiat 2.0 system, regulated, permissioned, not private, with fractionnal reserves on top of it.
Their is only one way IMHO, and we are not currently walking that past sadly. L2 are the way we bring privacy to bitcoin and even now we are starting off on the wrong foot which is a bit concerning...

Phoenix can’t see all your transactions precisely. If you pay a bolt12 (not widely supported yet sadly) offer they can’t tell if the node they are paying is the final node of the payment or an intermediary node. So for the bolt12 part it’s better. As long as Spark doesn’t supports bolt12, Phoenix will have a small advantage in term of privacy.

Hum Phoenix already support bolt12 and blinded path so the privacy is slightly better on Phoenix, doesn’t do address reuse, and use taproot channels to even mask that it’s lightning to an exterior eye.
The trust model seems much better on Phoenix also. There is no case where the LSP can collude with anyone to steal your funds. If they try to cheat you punish them and take their funds, before they go bankrupt.
Phoenix seems far superior on all issues except for the ease of use maybe.

The privacy is similar to what a VPN brings you. It's difficult for the outside word to track your funds within the Park Servers (at least it will be difficult when they stop the address reuse lol) but the Spark entity can see all your txs within the Spark Server + the lightning payments you are doing.
They can also censor your payments and KYC shotgun you if they want.
But the protocol is supposed to allow an unilateral exit path. Meaning you can leave the Spark entity if the operator starts to behave wrongly.

Phœnix wallet charges a 0,4% fee not 1%. And is incredibly easy to use for anyone with a bit of good faith. Much faster than Liquid / LN swaps. Only thing slightly better but not much better, is privacy on the swap wallets compare to Phoenix, at least as long a bolt12 in not generalized.

The privacy side of the issue is valid for sure, but the trust model in terme'of custody is not so bad from what I understand, if there are enough Spark Operator involved at least.
Any LSP could also try to cheat as they perfectly know that no is running a watch tower so...
The most important issue I see is about privacy indeed, still but I can't unsee Spark as a good thing compared to full custody that many people used through WOS until now. I prefer to see the glass half full.
But we can imagine informal Spark entities runned by federations "Liquid like", with blinded signatures on top of spark. That would be cashu on steroids actually.
Best case scenario is obviously Ark + CTV + chaumian ecash.

Afaik you have the unilateral exist way always possible with Spark if they try to KYC shotgun ?
If unilateral exist is possible then how is it really different from a LSP disabling your channel if you don't KYC ?
Last question, wouldn't blind signatures on top or Ark\Spark be a reasonable trade-off for good UX and almost impossible denial of service attack ?

Legal tender fake coins are already unacceptable, you should cancel all people with dollar bills in the pocket already.

The liquidity provider make a profit on the swap and buy back the bitcoins if he isn't moronic. Profits are measures in sats of course. In the end shitcoins have indeed been dumped on the market and everyone is happy.
