So to combat this, most days I go outside to walk or ride my bike… put the phone on airplane mode, take a break from my #40hpw and plug into where the real energy is… nature!

Working on a full length documentary film has been a lesson in low time preference and delayed gratification.

Wearing headphones in public is telling everyone around you not to engage with you.
Wearing sunglasses does something similar by preventing direct eye contact. This decreases trust and limits connection.
If your goal is to isolate yourself, fine… but if you are struggling in any way with mental or physical health or feel lonely, then these are two simple habits that you can change to improve your life.

Data shows the insect and specifically pollinator species are really struggling. Bee population has taken massive losses the last few years and imo it’s the chemicals and heavy metals being sprayed in the sky causing this and the death of entire forests
