If you'd ask me for a recommendation of a Monero mobile wallet.
It's (1) Stackwallet and (2) Monfluo without a doubt. Fast and solid.
(3) Unstoppablewallet and (4) Monerujo.
Haven't looked into the new Edge (looks promising) and Monero One.
Cakewallet, though recommended by most is extremely slow, buggy and has a market dominating position that we should not ignore.
By default you will use their nodes without Tor, which is a big nogo.
All wallets should connect exclusively over Tor by default and only by expert user choice should Tor functionality be disabled. Yes it is slower at first.

I store value wherever I want. But in general I prefer it to be private above all. And so do investors in Gold ($20T+ despite 2% inflation) and offshore banks ($40T+ despite 5% inflation p.a.)
Bitcoin outperformed Monero in the first two years where Monero got heavily fractionally reserved on Binance, the leading exchange. Congratulations to maxis that never asked themselves how it could have been that every shitcoin multiplied by x10 while Monero was kept down not even reaching a new ATH (the only one).
Then it got delisted, liquidity killed off, still it recovered handsomely and is now stronger than ever, with actual market demand aka price floor which ironically makes it a better store of value than TradFi BTC ETFs.

There's Monero for those that like the monetary case. It's not so profitable for TradFi as ETH or BTC because it can't be used to build a digital prison.
Then there is ETH or BCH if you want more use cases covered.
BTC should be left alone. People once said it is immutable and now everybody is fighting over how to change it.
If anything people should invest more into private opcodes and smart contract capabilities where currently it is unclear if all projects are scams or just lack some skills (zano, zephyr, tari to hopefully name the least scammy beyond many more)

Forking was always THE means of government as a last resort.

Means a couple of things.

If you want to do fiat shitcoining go with a Monero card. Most people think that crypto exposes them to price fluctuations and stay away from it. Entrusting their spendable money to skme shitty third parties like banks or "stableshitcoins". But that's not true when you spend it regularly. I recommend to measure price with longer term MAs.
